Download Ato

Recording your work starts the moment Ato is on your Mac.

Download Ato 0.1.0 Free (beta). Requires macOS 26 or later on a Mac with Apple silicon.

  1. Open the DMG

    Open the DMG you downloaded and move Ato to your Applications folder.

  2. Launch Ato

    Its icon appears in the menu bar and recording begins. Follow the guide to set up only what you need: Accessibility, the Chrome extension, Calendar, and watched folders.

  3. Review today

    In the evening, choose "Review today" in the menu bar to see the flow of your day and its summary.

To record the pages you visit in Chrome too, add the Chrome extension.
